The Zondo Report said “…the ANC under President Zuma permitted, supported and enabled state capture.”
And there are 2 pages on a recent interview with Judge Zondo who asks: If Parliament’s oversight and constitutional mechanism won’t work, what will protect South Africans against a repeat of state capture? [His answer is the permanent anti-state capture commission as in the Zondo Report].
