The Zondo Report said “…the ANC under President Zuma permitted, supported and enabled state capture.”
And there are 2 pages on a recent interview with Judge Zondo who asks: If Parliament’s oversight and constitutional mechanism won’t work, what will protect South Africans against a repeat of state capture?
