Earth Abides - collector's notes

While visiting family last week I visited a bookstore that had a pristine copy of Earth Abides for sale for a decent price. I was so pleased! I have been looking for this book for a while for a reasonable price. Now, I only have 10 more titles remaining to complete my collection of EP's original Masterpieces of Science Fiction series.

However, this copy of Earth Abides did not include EP's collector's notes. Do any of you have it and are able & willing to send me or post it here as a PDF or JPG?
