Sex Abuse Scandal outside the Church

I'm wondering, with all the scandal going on in the Church, around what is largely a systematic abuse on pubescent boys by predatory homosexuals who infiltrated the Church, that some time soon, when we return to sanity, that all of the damaging psychological and physical abuse of youngsters, turning them Frankensteinesque by the rainbow brigade, will be dealt with as a criminal experiment on a horrendous scale?
