Petkov was given the order to leave no survivors. Any thoughts of how this may link to our story?

I'm guessing the ice-mountain was the property of the Russians originally, and they thought whatever went on there was safely buried, forever. But they know the Americans have stumbled across it, so now they have to go in and clean up the mess and stop the Americans finding out what went on there.

I agree with Sergei. Every non-Russian needs to be killed to protect whatever secret the Ice Island is hiding.

I don't think they will stop with just non-Russians to protect whatever lives in that ice and whatever happened to the station and the people.

I think they will try to kill all who are involved.
