This is not a book to be reviewed; it exists to communicate the AACR2 rules, and it does that. Other than that, there is not much to say. It is large. It smells good.

The most important reference source for cataloging. I really preferred this older edition more so than the most current form, as this is actually in book form. All the current editions are in binder form so they can be more easily updated whenever something changes. I am using this book in a cataloging class for library tech degree.

A great classic for cataloguers. Even clearer than previous editions.
