As a young feminist, I am consistently disappointed in the lack of positive female role models in the media. RenWomen presents us with sixteen of these admirable women. They all faced adversity, many of them because of their gender, and still they all accomplished so much.

One of the most incredible stories, the one that was most memorable to me, is that of Eva Haller. A Jewish woman who grew up during WWII, Eva managed to convince Nazi soldiers to spare her life, a life that was later devoted to mentorship and philanthropy.
