As it happens, I am acquainted with Bebe Nixon, the partner of the great Nicholas Nixon, who is pictured in this famous book with her three sisters. But even before I met her (she and I worked together at Planned Parenthood in Boston), I was fascinated with this book. I find it endlessly interesting, no matter how many times I look through it. I am always finding new things in it to think about!
