This book is an empowering, restorative hug! I don't read much about self-care although I identify it as a top priority and aim to share this with all in my life, especially other women. By sharing tender, and sometimes raw, slices of their own lives, the authors offer real life ways in which they invite self care into each day. The book is a quick, cozy listen at under two hours, and I found it on hoopla. A close friend recommended this book to me, and I'll be passing it along to other women in my life, too.… (lisätietoja)
