I loved, loved this cookbook. The recipes were easy to make and so yummy in my tummy. I'm glad to finally see vegan cookbooks offering more than just desserts and snacks. Being vegan now in my 30's requires a different way of eating then in my teens when my diet consisted of peanut butter of jelly, fruit roll ups, pasta and soda.
