The ridiculously outrageous events in the story will appeal to kids. This book is similar to a mashup of Narwhal & Jelly combined with Stick Dog.

The illustration style and story will appeal to children who enjoyed Elephant and Piggie and are ready to advance in their reading. I could see some sections being a little too challenging, not because of the vocabulary, but more because there is so much happening in some of the pictures it could be distracting for a young reader. Overall, the story is cute and Weenie and Bob's relationship reminds me of the Hank Ketchum characters of Dennis the Menace and Mr. Wilson.… (lisätietoja)
