Hope Egan

This is a really interesting look at the relevance of the Kosher laws written out in Scripture, as they pertain to today's world. Hope Egan did her research. She set out to prove to her Christian vegetarian friends that God allows us to eat meat. She came back with so much more. It is unbelievable what most of us consume on a regular basis. Even if you have no desire to eat Kosher, this book has some stunning information that will probably change your eating habits, or at least make you rethink them.
