A simple account of the life of a prominent French politician and Prime Minister during the Popular Front Government of the 1930's. A Jew, and a Socialist, he was imprisoned by the Nazis, but survived the war to be Prime Minister of France in the Early 1950's. He's well liked in Israel today and was a man of wide views and considerable tolerance.

Un sujet évidemment essentiel, mais il s'agit plus d'un "Essai" que d'une "Histoire". Je trouve que la hiérarchisation et la chronologie sont défectueuses et alourdissent l'ensemble.
