Ellen Bielawski

Ellen Bielawski is a freelance writer who lived in Lutselk'e, Northwest Territories, from 1992 to 1997, employed first as an environmental researcher for the Arctic Institute of North America and subsequently as the Lutselk'e First Nation Treaty Negotiator.
