Not only do these talented chefs make down home good food, sandwiches and everything else, they have no apologies for their luscious, not really good for you, ingredients. The restaurant is in New Orleans, so I hope I get back down there soon to try it, and I will make these sandwiches, and rave about this book to all my friends.
