Perfect for any child that has graduated preschool and is moving on to Kindergarden. My Son and I enjoyed reading this book together. He is very excited but, also nervous about Kindergarten. I hoped that this book helped alleviate those fears. This is a must read for any child entering Kindergarden! One of the best kids books I have come across this year. ( )

This book takes a little boy through his first day of kindergarten on "Planet Kindergarten. I gave this book 3 stars because children might have trouble following along the book. Text placement is difficult to follow and the start of the story is a tad confusing. The overall message of the story is that Kimdergarten might be scary at first but once you are there, you will learn! There are many lessons learned throughout the story of what to do and not to do. For example, at one point the main character was placed in time out for doing something he should not have been doing. This book teaches students getting ready for kindergarten some of the main rules that will apply in the classroom. This is conveyed through pictures and text throughout. The pictures allow you to see the important lessons he learns throughout his first day in Kindergarten. ( )
