This is a replacement for the copy I originally had and which fell to pieces from use. I like that each dish tells you the region it comes from. Using these recipes gives you a good base for building your own quick stirfry. Many of the ingredients are, I think, Americanized. Celery rather than bok choy etc. That makes it easy to get the ingredients and make it. Best part is it doesn't call for lots of premade sauces etc. Fresh ingredients predominate.
