I've only had a yoga practice for 20 months, now that I am retired. This is pretty good on yoga and I do appreciate the stress on men. I reviewed all the poses in the book. The poses (asanas) all have a double page spread with pictures and instructions. I thought I might look at all the poses and see if I more-or-less do them properly, so as to measure my progress. .Most of the 55 poses I can do.
.I do bend my legs in standing forward fold and half sun salutation.
.It's difficult to get my front leg straight in the half split.
.I have balance issues with eagle and tree.
.I don't attempt standing finger-to-toe.

There are four poses which I do but are not in the book, primarily lotus and marichyasana. I also do a modest bow pose. I can do a sort of reverse tree while in a shoulder stand, where I am able to put one leg over my thigh and then clip its foot behind the shin.
