There are some interesting developments in this tale, and a decent sense of menace that rides to a scary climax. We have two major sets of baddies... both right on as to potential danger, in my opinion. Some of the solutions presented are viable, others not so much (the author has a few problems concerning historical and economic perspectives). Still, much food for thought. The writing is far from stellar, which may bother some readers. Although I was not entirely comfortable with the author's portrayal of women, I think he meant to be persuasive, to reassure men who fear strength in women. If you can ignore the flaws, you may enjoy the portrayal of people working together to better society and defeat those forces that seek to demean or enslave.… (lisätietoja)
