Marcus Dods (1) (1834–1909)

Marcus Dods 1834-1909, a fiery Scots preacher. This is not a "comparative" religion course, but it is a robust challenge to Islam and Buddhism, while preaching to the converted who are already brain-washed in the blood of Christ.

The author is deeply academic and steeped in the rich research done in the 19th century. We are always hearing about how little "the West" knows about the rest of the world. In fact, however, the West has long known much more about Muslims and Buddhists than anyone in non-West regions knew about the Presbyterians!
