25 months - We borrowed this one from the library and O enjoyed it, we've read it many times. I will have to borrow more of these. They will also make for good early reading books. ( )

This is the first book in a funny and silly series for early readers. Poppleton the pig is new in town. After initial awkwardness, he becomes fast friends with his neighbor Cherry Sue, develops a library ritual, and tries to help a friend make his medicine more palatable.

What a great and funny beginners chapter book. It could help children open up and talk about things and maybe help them want to read and help others. A pig name Poppleton lives in the country and has many friends that teach him different ways to handle certain situations that he is going through. ( )
