It incorporates humor into the book to keep children interguied and entice them to do as the book is explaining. ( ) In "Time To Say Please", Mo Willems uses humans and mice to present the lesson of using the word "please". His style is very unique because each page contains it's own bundle of color and detail explaining situations where it is appropriate to use "please". Speech bubbles seem to be Willem's trademark to his stories, making it clear when the characters are speaking and what they are saying. This is a great book to talk about manners. The illustrations make it fun and the large text with the illustrations grab the attention of the reader and makes it easy for younger ones to read.
