It's a very interesting story about solar cooking. A solar cooker is a type of stove that needs only the light from the sun or sunshine, to cook food. Solar energy costs nothing, but people can use it only in hot countries.
People around the world may soon not have enough traditional fuels, so sunshine giving an alternative to fire- so we can help stop the terrible deforestation which is occurring in some countries as well. And I should add some important information- the solar cooker can make women's life easier in hot countries. Women from Africa have been walk about 2-3 miles or so to collect wood and then they have to tend the fire, and smoke from the fire burns their eyes and chokes their lungs. This pollution has leaded to the deaths of two million women and children each year.
