Nutritional information at the bottom of each recipe, which is nice. ( ![]() This has helped me immensely (to cook vegetables properly, at least)-LOL! This is one of the best BASIC cookbooks. Phyllis and Billy gave it to me before I went off to seminary. I use it for when I need a normal recipe - great for beginner cooks, but should be on every shelf! I enjoy this cookbook not really for the recipes but it shows how to cook items and how long and different ways of cooking them. i haven't really used it a lot yet... We use this a lot. The recipes aren't particularly spectacular, but they're close to fool-proof.
