We meet Duce Carter, the current leader of the Carhenians ( A group of Vampires trying to buck the Status Quo). Duce seems to have everything start going wrong at the same time and is in the middle of the storm trying to find some shelter. His past rudely comes back into the forefront of his existence with a bang, which seems to chain react many other things. Can Duce pull himself out of this and straighten out the mess before the Prince finds it expedient to solve the whole thing permanently? (
