The Spanish and English lines are pretty different (in order to preserve the rhyme in both languages) and both really work. I find this one fun to read. ( )

This book is about a grandfather and his grandson going to the zoo. It also is a rhyming counting book. Each animal has a different animal with a different number. Like, three alligators and eight spiders. This books illustrations are vibrant and engaging. This could be a good choice if you are introducing poetry or doing counting. ( )

This book is very helpful with kids who are learning to count. It uses the fun of the zoo animals and a trip to the zoo to teach readers how to count to ten. The author did a good thing by choosing something that kids love animals and using them to teach them how to count.The importance of this is that the kids grasp the counting activity. ( )

Just simple awesome stuff. Great artwork, great rhymes, and an excellent way to get your little one into counting. ( )
