Math Fables Too: Making Science Count is a counting book that also gives science facts about different animals. I wouldn't recommend this book because I feel as though it is a little advanced for this age group. There are a lot of big words for kids that's learning how to count. You would have to stop at every one of these words to explain the. For example, the word 'physique'. I wouldn't expect a child in this age group to understand that. The facts in the book are very interesting though. I would use this book more for science than math. ( )
