This was the 1st book i read of this wonderful author and she does a reat job of telling a story. Well worth the price

This book seemed a bit too derivative for my taste - it reminded me of the Amber books by Roger Zelazny. This book is nowhere near the first Matthew Swift book, neither in originality nor in writing. Read that one instead. ( )
