This short story is about a young puppy named slipper and lives in a house with four other people, and loves them each very much. The book goes on about 2 pages for each person, describing the reasons why slipper love them. The four family members they are Edward, Laura, mom, and dad. They all have different ways of interacting with Slipper. Edward, plays with Slipper most of the time, and will sometimes even takes naps with Slipper in his doghouse. Slipper doesn’t really play with Laura, she has materials around her room that Slipper loves to play with or eat. Slipper really loves mom, because she feeds every day twice a day. Dad walks Slipper between the day, and during the night before he tucks Slipper in for the night. ( )
