How do we react to irritating situations or people; how do we greet bad news; what do we do with a piece of gossip? Do we consider each instance a wonderful opportunity of displaying the love of Christ? If not, Hannah Hurnard will explain the joyful life that results from taking each difficult situation and turning it into a cause for praise. ( )

Hurnard warns against "showing off" our spiritual successes. Also living the heavenly life now as much as possible - avoiding things like gossip, grumbling, selfishness and putting on thankfulness, forgiveness, and love.
