Lucy's sister is the third woman in three years to vanish and Lucy decides to take things into her own hands. POV switches from Lucy to Angela, a clerk with the Missing Persons Unit, who is working the case and training to become a Garda herself, and then to the nameless, faceless killer. I really enjoyed this. The twist was fantastic. I was hooked from the beginning and found this a quick read. I didn't love the characters choices but they were real and down-to-earth making me care what happened to them even though I didn't like them. The story was very creepy since it was so realistic. I loved the author's last book, "56 Days" and I'm going to continue to read her. näyttää 2/2 ei arvosteluja | lisää arvostelu

I have read a books by the author before and have enjoyed them enough to read any new book without knowing anything about it. This book I enjoyed but it's not one of my favourites by the author.
The story held my attention and is loosely based on a real case in Ireland. The story follows each character and the abductor which gives insight to what is going on. I wouldn't say this book is a twisty thriller but does have a satisfactory twist at the end of the book.
I have enjoyed this book enough to still continue to read more by the author in the future. (
