There's interesting information and advice, but it's extremely general and not in-depth. I enjoyed his advice about realistic goal setting, and it can be applied to things other than yoga. The endless citations in the introduction are interesting, but it's hard to tell how they fit into the overall book. There are QR codes included with each pose so that you can scan them and refer to them while you're on the go and do not have the book in hand. I confess that I'm not a QR code kind of person, but this seems like a really good idea! I'm not sure what's going on with the text, but I couldn't read it (and see that other reviewers also mentioned this issue). I can see what looks like detailed instructions, and there are clear and colorful illustrations of what you're supposed to be doing. No matter how I try to manipulate the images on my screen, though, I cannot read the actual text that describes how to do the poses. I really wish that I could read the instructions and offer a review of the parts of the book that discuss poses, but I'm at a loss as to how to fix the viewing issues.
