A fantastic series. Am giving this 1/2 star more than #1 in the series. Because it is so hopeful... thanks to Dallas's attitude. Justin's small steps towards recovery from his head injury/memory loss are strides in Dallas's eyes.

Dallas has got to be one of the most loving, caring individuals I've met in the pantheon of romance! (

I was hesitant about this series. I thought there would mainly be heartbreak.
I wasn't sure what to expect, so I kept putting this off. I didn't want to read something depressing and filled with pain.
It wasn't what I found in this story—quite the opposite. I should know to expect more from N.R. Walker.
This is a story of loss and healing...and I have to say that you need each part of it for the complete story, but I don't think you can finish one part and not want to continue on. (

Two steps forward, one step back. Justin is slowly recovering, but it's not easy. Rehab is an extremely painful and unpleasant experience that calls for a repetitive routine. This slow progress sets the pace of the story but in no way did it detract from my enjoyment of the book.

I'm absolutely in love with Dallas. He has an infinite well of love for Justin and is so patient, understanding, and dependable. I love how he's there for Justin every step of the way. (
