Harlem teen Imamu Jones begins his summer out on bail, helping his mom overcome her alcoholism and trying to stay out of trouble himself. But this period of calm doesn't last long once he meets Olivette and Pierre, two guys who are new to the neighborhood. There's a series of mysterious burglaries in the area, and Imamu and his friends are prime suspects. Plus Imamu's weird and wicked neighbor Iggy has resurfaced. Now Imamu and his friends have to dodge the police as they try to solve the mystery of the phantom burglar themselves.
