This is a great book to teach young children about healthy nutrition, and it is also very imaginative. The pictures are very colorful and give a lot of detail to the reader ( ![]() A bad case of stripes is a fictional tale is of being too worried of what others think of you. Poor Camilla Cream too terrified of what too wear her skin transformed to be colorful and soon the children was able to affect the colors and patterns that would appear on her skin. Her condition was named a bad case of stripes and after a while Camilla gave in to her favorite treat. Since she was finally to not worry about others she was able to be her normal and true self. I think this is an excellent book to start the classroom with and get rid of the first day of school jitters out. Picture / Graphic Novel - Plot Camilla Cream is obsessed with being ordinary and fitting in. This plan goes awry when she becomes completely covered in colorful stripes and changes colors depending on what's going on around her. This is a good book to teach about not caring about what other people think. I like it because it teaches kids to be original and themselves. This is a book about a girl who is incredibly different. She has various stripes across her body that make it impossible for her to fit it.
