But the benefits are immense for a non-native speaker like myself.
The most important lesson is: Be careful and review a lot.
Chapter on punctuation is hard to read but very valuable nonetheless. First time being told the exact rules governing those pesky semicolons and dashes. ( )

A thorough introduction to editing your writing or the writing of others. The book has numerous illustrations--some of them quite funny--to show typical errors and how to correct such errors. The book does contain quite a bit of grammatical jargon. While this is to be expected, it does make for some very dry reading. ( )

No nonsense advice on how to go in and edit your writing. ( )
