If you have read any of the other books in Montana Heat series, then you would have met both of our lead characters before, and you wouldn't be surprised that Tempted by Love is not a sweet romance, but a hot, romantic suspense book, filled with "what the heck" and yelling at your book moments! well actually I've just described every book Jennifer Ryan has ever written, but the Montana Heat series has taken it to a whole new level! So let me tell you about the story...
Alina Cooke had watched both of her brothers go through hell because of their jobs as DEA agents, but that didn't stop her from appreciating their job, and as she watched them get married to the women they love, she felt jealous, not for losing their attention, no! She could totally do without that, but because they had found their person, which despite her successful career as a pharmacist, Alina wants that too! But when Alina looks at her brothers friend and fellow DEA agent Jay Bennett, sparks fly between them like wild fire! But it would be totally a bad idea to go there with Jay…wouldn't it!?
From the very first page of this book I knew I was going to fall in love with this book and its characters, and not just because I absolutely love Jennifer Ryan's books! Even though she is and amazing author, but because the dynamics of Alina and Jay's relationship! The brothers best friend is hot and spicy all at the same time, and I love it.
As I said before the authors writing is incredible and you can almost picture each scene or reaction clearly in you head! You can feel the suspense bleeding through the pages in to my subconscious, which means Tempted by love is a clear winner for the author.
I give Tempted by Love 5 stars!
