Jag tror det var Emma Frans som påpekade att det inte är så jävla lätt att bota depression med löpning som folk gärna påstår (jag har av och till prenumererat på Runner's World, jag har läst ett antal artiklar med den premissen), för även om du mår bättre av löpning kommer den bota din depression ungefär lika mycket som rådet "ryck upp dig" eller "har du testat yoga?". Och det hade jag gärna sett någonting om i den här boken?
Men men, ska läsa hans andra bok nu och se vad det står i den. Sista kapitlet touchade ju lite på det. (
