Ok, I love this series but with this book, the last name kept messing me up.. one moment it's Lawton, then the next it's Lawson.. I almost took away 1 star for that reason but changed my mind. Still love the story. (

This was touching and heartbreaking as the last. I loved Willa, Gunner and Brady. I'm not normally keen on love triangles but this was well done. I found this was just a fast-paced and emotional as the 1st one. These three seemed just as broken as West and Maggie from the 1st book. I cannot wait to read book 2. (

I like series like this one, where we have new MCs but the characters from the previous books are still there. So we got a whole new story with Gunner and Willa, but West and Maddie were still in the background so we got to see them still in love and happy :)
Willa and Gunner know what it's like to have family that doesn't love you and struggle with their own demons. They were really good for each other and showed that you can find love and acceptance in all kinds of places. The story actually had three points of view because we got Brady which was interesting. I'm excited to see his story next book and find out what actually happened with Riley.
These books are well paced and never boring. I love the drama and friendships and romances. The audiobooks are great and I definitely recommend them! (

I feel like a lot of stuff was recycled from the Vincent boys books. Also there were a lot of questions left unanswered. It just ended. I have. So. Many. Questions. (
