24 months - this is a real mish-mash of a book. Big and colorful illustrations but it's lacking a cohesive theme. Poems intermixed with labelled pictures. I actually enjoyed a few of the poems and we used the food page to talk and sign the foods in French. We mighty give it another read or two but I think we're mostly beyond this one, ( )

Retelling: The everything book is basically everything a child is expected to learn in Preschool and kindergarten and know in first grade: Colors, Numbers, Ordinal Numbers, Body Parts, Animals, Pets and more. There are ladybugs to count throughout the book. The end tells you how many there actually are. See if you get the same number.

Thoughts and Feelings: Nice illustrations.

This is the perfect toddle book with a little bit of this and a little bit of that, all with wonderful color and illustration. ( )

This book, just as its title suggests, presents a simple summary of many different things that a child will encounter in the world around them, from different foods and toys all the way to explaining their different body parts and the differences between the seasons. Not only is this book extremely colorful and easy to read, but it is a great tool to use in order to help children understand the large world that surrounds them through its explanation of things and animals they may find in their everyday life.
