I like all the different recipes for salad dressing. I will try several of the recipes. I like the one for Ranch dressing because we always run out to Ranch, so now I can make my own. ( )

I received a free copy of this book for an honest and impartial review: While I cannot say that I have tried all fifty dressing recipes, I have tried several. All were easy to make with what I had on hand or something easy enough to pick up at the local grocer. I loved some and other were not to my liking. That is going to be up to personal preference though. The prologue to the book is a bit over the top but this is not a novel, it is a dressing recipe book and a darn good one.. Well done Jennifer.. This book has a great variety of recipes. There is something for everyone. I love the comments from the author but the only thing that seems to be missing is the nutrition facts. Overall great book. I will be trying each recipe at least once. ( )
