"One Day The End" is a picture book that features short, two sentence stories. The point of the book was to convey that every story has a beginning and an end, but the in-between is what "makes all the difference". The book is written with young audiences in mind. The short stories in the book are also very relatable for most kids since they are about art, playing outside, using imagination, etc. My favorite part about this book is how it mixes together the art and the text. This isn't just pictures with text on top of them; these are pictures that mix with the text so that the words are part of the pictures. I found it made the book more fun and enjoyable. I think I could use this book to show to help show students that when writing, you need to have more than just a beginning and an end.
