This scarce Puritan commentary has been out of print since 1846. While many of the Puritan commentaries are collections of expository sermons, this one actually resembles a modern commentary with word studies & historical perspectives on the text. Ainsworth was a noted Hebrew scholar whose work was endorsed by Spurgeon, Doddridge, & many others.
