Knowing how kids are, I know kids will get a kick out of this book. I Need a New Butt! will make them laugh out loud, as they read about a boy who needs to find a new butt because his has a crack. The rhyming story is a quick read with colorful illustrations. It's probably best-suited for daytime reading than for bedtime stories, as it's more likely to give kids a case of the giggles than put them into a sleeping state of mind.

HAHA this book absolutely tickled my immature funny bone. If you like fart jokes or butt jokes this one will make you CRACK up. I think many children would love this book because it's silly and would make them laugh. ( )

Three stars for shortcomings and boredom of story, which seemed to go on and on and text seemed to serve the rhyme rather than a story. Minus another star for terrible non-ending. Very disappointed. Had high hopes for the original idea! ( )
