W.T.F. I just...Seriously? And yet I have to read the last one because I have to know what happens. I am not amused. ( )

El primero estuvo pasable pero este... éste , ÉSTE ...

No pase del tercer capitulo, segura del desastre que estaba por desatarse y, leyendo las reseñas que confirmaron mis sospechas, buuuuuuuu buuuuuuerns...

Mañana tengo parciales, tendría que estar tratando de pegar un ojo y, no obstante , acá me leen, ocupada enojandome con esta historia! Así de fastidiada estoy! (:P).

3.5 stars -- this one HURT to read. I can see how kind Caden is, he really wants to make the best of an awful, horrible situation. He lets Eden push him in a way to prolong his love for Ever. I never felt he wanted Eden for herself. He knew he could never love her, no matter what, he was clear. He tries to soften the blow with a lament " sometimes I wish I was free so I could show you how much you deserve.." or some such nonsense. This was two lonely scared people turning to each other at a horrible time. What I am still trying to understand is did it have to happen so often and with as much intensity? Because it killed the story for me. The story is that Caden and Ever have one love. ONE LOVE. This clinging sexual relationship was not evidence of one love. It was a choice. The outcome was disastrous and painful and made me stop caring what happens. I skimmed so much of this book not for the writing but because I lost that connection with the characters. I didn't trust Eden from book 1 but I had faith that Caden was better than he was. He was such a disappointment. I had a really hard time reading about Eden's misguided affections. On to the next one... ( )
