The Spanish New International Version meets the need's of today's reader and the challenges of evangelizing new generations. It transmits the eternal message of the Word of God in a fresh, elegant, fluent and dignified manner, understandable to all readers.The work of translation was carried out by a team of twenty expert scholars, deans, and professors of the Holy Scriptures in seminaries and Bible colleges of more than a dozen countries of Latin America and the United States.The majority of these translators are also pastors who have devoted their lives to Christian ministry. All of them are leaders of the churches and the people of God, recognized not only for their Bible knowledge but also for their mastery of the Spanish language. Many of them are well-known writers.Therefore the language of the Spanish NIV is a universal Spanish, enriched and strengthened by the variety of linguistic and cultural contributions of the translators, who represent almost all the countries of the Americas.
