Elizabeth was not a fly by the seat of your pants girl. She was a planner and if all the little notepads had anything to do with it, she planned everything. Right down to the last detail of her new life. Lose weight, find ex boyfriend, screw ex boyfriend, move on with new man. I loved this cute little story of a woman's struggle with her self esteem and body issues. It's a never ending battle for some women and it's good to know that there are men out there who will work to help their women overcome that issue. (

A great story about change and obsession and love that surpasses the outside. Ms. Jacobs does a nice job weaving these deep topics in a lighter novel. The only thing that confused me at times was the time line of how things were happening. Oh and - I can't stop thinking about how the main character kept her weight off when the author never had her working out. For some reason, that disturbs me. . . (
