Paige is a single mom who had thought her life was perfect before her now ex-husband proclaimed his unfaithfulness with one of her "Friends". Her parents were serving a mission for the LDS Church and her siblings were scattered. SHe ended up moving to CA to be near her ex-in-laws to have some support and help out with her two sons if ever necessary. There was a great void in her life with no husband,family nor friends so when she discovered a flyer needing ladies for a book club she responded thus began building friendships. She also met a wonderful man during a lunch in the cafeteria of her business building. That friendship grew into a relationship. Everything comes to a head during Christmas and New Years. Not only her life had complications but also in the lives of those in the book club. She has many decisions to make and she is now at the point she is Capable of making them. The beginning of the book and through the middle is very intense and I couldn't wait to get to the next page. Towards the end it got a little wordy and some of the momentum of the story was lost but it still was very good with a lot of good insight. Well worth reading. IT WAS TOTALLY CLEAN! ( )
