The tenants have been unable to solve the mysteries, but a new tenant is more determined to find the answers. The more he finds out, the stranger it gets. Very weird things happen, people die, the mysteries get solved - sort of. I enjoyed the story even though it began to get so strange, and I think it was mainly the people. They were interesting, and I found that I cared about what happened to them. Of course, I also wanted to understand what was going on, and I guess I did.
