As an EFL student, this book was extremely helpful, but now that I have been an EFL teacher for some 15 years, I find it a life saver. Students are never disappointed with the perfected explanations on the left-hand page, and there's no denying that the exercises on the right-hand page make the reader/student much more likely to assimilate the information. The appendices are also very helpful and thorough.

This is the one book I recommend ALL my students to buy, because it will be of use to them during their lifetime as English learners... and they can even pass it on to their children if they take proper care of it! ;-)
